Chef and Co-owner Timothy Herrlein, began his culinary career in 1993
while in college at UC Boulder , Colorado. During this time Tim
studied under some accomplished French/Italian chefs while working for
Concepts corp. With the new millenuim Tim focused his sights on
Japanese fine cooking. Studying under Kamo Yamasaki, a accomplished
master chef of 18 years from Osaka. Now focusing on this new venture
Chef Tim hopes to impress guests with a fun new approach on comfort
food.
