Executive Chef Michael Vingiello and Reno Culinarian Jennifer Bushman have come together to create a diverse menu centered on Bistro 7's wood oven grill. The wine list is as dynamic as it is diverse, including numerous selections from the Napa Valley and hard to find wines from around the globe. Bistro 7 also has a full bar with over a dozen signature cocktails created by a master mixologist. In addition to the beautiful main dining room, Bistro 7 offers a private dining space that can seat up to 50 and a gorgeous Chef's table adjacent to the wood oven - the ideal setting for a business meeting, a presentation, or your next celebration!

The Last Buckbean Beer dinner was a sell-out crowd so the popular craft brewery is teaming up with us again on July 29th. Brewmaster Daniel Kahn and Chef Michael will pair up popular beers with complimentry food to give you a night to remember at Bistro 7. Call 775.851.Wine (9463) for reservations.
On August 12th wild game food aficionado and creator of Nevadafoodies.com Kristy Crabtree will be hosting a guest chef night feature wild game recipes. Kristy and Chef Michael are working together to create a menu that showcases the very best Nevada has to offer.
Silver Oak and Twomey will be hosting a wine dinner on August 21st at Bistro 7. As soon as we have more details on the menu we will let everyone know.
